Fundraising in LA-MV
Los Altos-Mountain View PONY Baseball is a non-profit 501(c)3 tax exempt organization run by volunteer coaches, parents, and board members. Our costs include field rental, field maintenance, professional training,
uniforms, umpires, balls, bats,
helmets, catcher's gear, trophies, pictures, and insurance.
In 2006 we opened the new field at Blach School, upgraded our
cages and facilities, and expanded our training opportunities and
clinics for our players and coaches.
Since 2007 the league has hosted
the sanctioned PONY Baseball Northern California Regional
Championships in Los Altos at Rosita Field.
Our success and
increased visibility has also resulted in increased costs, particularly
for equipment, field maintenance and upgrades.
LA-MV PONY Baseball receives no support or funding from the schools or the cities that we serve: we are completely self-supporting through registration fees and generous donations and sponsorships from families and local companies alike. As a matter of principle, we do not conduct any player fundraising activities or campaigns (e.g. candy sales). Your support is vital to this valuable community effort and keeping LA-MV PONY Baseball the finest youth baseball league in Silicon Valley.

Our promotional programs have been upgraded to bring our sponsors greater visibility and recognition. The yearbook is using high quality graphics and design to ensure that your message is presented professionally. In addition to multiple sizes in black-and-white or full color, you can choose from a outer book wrap-around band, coupons or other formats.
