Los Altos-Mountain View PONY Baseball

Registration

Online registration for the 2010 season is open! Please note that there are changes from 2009 so please take a moment to read the updated instructions.

How to Register

1. First, welcome to LA-MV PONY Baseball. We have age-appropriate programs and divisions for your child where he or she will play real baseball. Whether you're new to the LA-MV family or a veteran of many evenings and Saturdays at one of our fields, we are delighted to have you join us for the 25th season of Pony baseball in the Los Altos-Mountain View area. From 2010, LA-MV is committed to an online process for registration and payment. Due to the intensive manual labor involved with paper forms and checks, not to mention the trees saved in going online, we trust you will find our online registration process simple and straightforward.

2. Determine the appropriate Division for your child. Using the Division Descriptions and Division Structure, decide upon the most appropriate division for your child based on his/her age, abilities, and baseball experience.

3. Register Online with our ClubSpaces Registration System.   Click on the button below and follow the instructions.  If you signed up through CMI or via a paper form last year, you will need to select the “New Player” option initially to create your LA-MV PONY Baseball online account. The next time you login, you will select the “Existing Player” option. If you signed up through ClubSpaces last year, select “Existing Player”.

Due to the issues of the last year with registrations across CMI, Clubspaces, and manual forms, it is possible that your email address used for online registration is not recognized. We apologize for this inconvenience, and in this case, please select “New Player” when using the Clubspaces system.

Be sure to check the appropriate options if your player is interested in playing in our Club Team program, or you are able to donate your time to our league. And please make sure your email address(es) are correct since we use them to send reminders and announcements.

4. Provide proof of birthdate. If you are new to the league, please make a photocopy of your child's birth certificate or passport, and mail it to us at our mailing address (below). We will keep this on file for future years.

If you prefer, you can instead FAX your child's proof of age to 650-472-9250, or or you can scan the document and E-mail it to our registrar.
