Registration
Online registration for the 2012 season is now open.
How to Register
1. First, welcome to LA-MV PONY Baseball. We have age-appropriate programs and divisions for your child where he or she will play real baseball. Whether you're new to the LA-MV family or a veteran of many evenings and Saturdays at one of our fields, we are delighted to have you join us for the 27th season of Pony baseball in the Los Altos-Mountain View area. Since 2010, LA-MV is committed to an online process for registration and payment. Due to the intensive manual labor involved with paper forms and checks, not to mention the trees saved in going online, we trust you will find our online registration process simple and straightforward.
2. Determine the appropriate Division for your child.Using the Division Descriptions and Division Structure, decide upon the most appropriate division for your child based on his/her age, abilities, and baseball experience.
3. Register Online.
Click on the button below and follow the instructions. If you were with the league last season, your old information is likely stored, making it so you don't have to re-enter all your information. If you can't remember your username or password, click the appropriate Forgot Username or Forgot Password links. If you have trouble, click on the Help link.
4. Provide proof of birthdate. If you are new to the league, please make a photocopy of your child's birth certificate or passport, and mail it to us at our mailing address (below). We will keep this on file for future years.
If you prefer, you can instead FAX your child's proof of age to 650-472-9198, or or you can scan the document and E-mail it to our registrar.LA-MVPB
