Los Altos-Mountain View Pony Baseball

Location: Covington Field is located behind Covington Elementary School at 205 Covington Road, Los Altos, just a couple of blocks east of El Monte Road. Covington Field is directly adjacent to Skip Mueller Field.

Used by: Practice field for Shetland (5-6), Pinto-1 (7), Bronco (11-12) and Pony (13-14).

Parking: Covington School has its own spacious parking lot with access from Covington Road. The tennis court parking lot at the end of Rosita Avenue provides the closest parking to the field, but the lot is small and can be closed without warning. Parking is also available at Skip Mueller Field.

Fields: The main field is a grass-infield baseball diamond that can be configured for either Pony (80' basepaths) or Bronco (70') play. The field includes bleachers, fenced-in dugouts, and a batting cage. There is also grass Pinto field in the left outfield area of the main field. The Pinto field has no seating; throw-down blankets or a tarp are recommended.

Facilities: Chemical toilet, playground, basketball, large blacktop area, tennis courts.
