We realize that this is a crazy time for everyone and that it is very hard to plan out activities given the uncertainty about COVID-19. We are not collecting league fees at this time but are gathering registration information to inform our planning for the upcoming season. Once we have more information about county health rules and youth activities, we will reach out to coordinate payment for the season. By signing up now, your child is in no way obligated to play in the spring.
As an organization, LAMV PONY is dedicated to ensuring the safety of all our participants. We have worked closely with the city of Mountain View to establish a Return to play Protocol for all our players. This protocol has been successfully implemented for a handful of teams this past fall, and we hope to expand it to accommodate our full set of spring teams in 2021. We will continue to modify our protocols as the county guidance changes, but we are optimistic that there will be safe, fun baseball in 2021. We realize that this is a difficult time for many families economically, and we will certainly provide economic assistance for those that need it when the time comes. If you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming season, please reach out to me directly.

LAMV PONY Baseball
We have received recent guidance from the national PONY office and they recommend suspending baseball activities until April 6th. Since April 6th is during Spring Break, the earliest we would resume games and practices is Sunday, April 12th. Thanks for your patience, and we will update you as we approach early April to see if we can get our season restarted.

LAMV PONY Baseball is offering a free introduction to baseball clinic on Saturday, January 11th, 2020 from 1:00pm-2:30pm at Bubb Elementary. The clinic is intended for boys and girls ages 4-6. We will also host a question and answer session during the clinic for all parents who have any questions about our league or youth sports in general.
Please register for the clinic here:
All participants will receive a FREE Giants baseball hat!
No equipment is necessary but kids are welcome to bring their glove if they have one but please be sure to write their name on it! If you have any questions about the clinic, please contact Mark Jones.
Hope to see you and your young children there on January 11th!
